Not the official game
This is an unofficial, fan-run private server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher of Whiteout Survival. All game names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the server is.
What we are responsible for
We operate this website. We do not operate the game server. Availability of the game, delivery of purchases, account security, gift code validity and in-game moderation are all the operator's responsibility. We list packages and codes as they are given to us and correct them when they change.
Purchases
Payments are made to the operator through the operator's own checkout. We never receive card details. Refunds, chargebacks and delivery problems must be raised with the operator; we will help you reach them but cannot settle a payment we did not take.
Prices and offers
Package contents, prices, discount figures and gift codes reflect what the operator is offering at the time of publication and can change without notice. Where a list price is shown, it is the operator's own reference price for that bundle.
Playing on a private server
Using a private server may conflict with the official game's terms of service. Whether to play is your decision and the consequences, including anything that happens to an official account, are yours.
