What this site is
WhiteoutServer is an affiliate storefront. We introduce players to a Whiteout Survival private server operated by a third party. We do not run the game server, hold player accounts, or process payments. Anything you buy is bought from the operator, not from us.
What we collect
This site has no login, no account and no forms, and at present it records nothing about your visit: there is no analytics script and no server-side logging of clicks. We are building click measurement, because as an affiliate we need a way to check the referral numbers the operator reports back to us. When it is switched on it will record which button was clicked, which language page you were on, which campaign referred you, and a country code, together with a salted one-way hash derived from your IP address so we can count unique visitors — never the address itself, which cannot be recovered from the hash. This page will be updated to say so before that happens.
Why we collect it
As an affiliate we are paid per referral. Once click measurement is switched on, this data will be the only way we can check the numbers the operator reports back to us, and the only way we can tell which languages and campaigns are worth continuing. We will not sell it and we will not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and third parties
We set no advertising or tracking cookies and we run no third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own servers. Once you follow a link to the operator's site, their privacy policy applies to whatever happens there, not ours.
How long we keep it
Once click measurement is switched on, raw click records will be kept for 24 months for audit purposes, then deleted. Daily aggregate counts, which contain no per-visitor data, will be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or a comparable jurisdiction you can ask what we hold, ask for it to be deleted, or object to it being collected. Once click measurement is switched on, because we will store only a hash and no identifier you have given us, we may be unable to locate records tied to you specifically. Reach us through the Community or Support links elsewhere on this site and we will explain what is possible.
