Whiteout Survival Maintenance Complete
Whiteout Survival maintenance is complete — you can now enter the game. ✅
Whiteout Survival Maintenance
Maintenance is expected to last 10 minutes. If it needs to be extended, we will notify you separately.
Whiteout Survival Emergency Maintenance
During the Frost Dragon Overlord event, a malicious attack on the login service has prevented some Lords from logging in normally.
Whiteout Survival will undergo emergency server maintenance today at 15:40 to enhance network security and investigate the impact on the event.
Please follow further official announcements for the service restoration time. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and support.
⚠️ Whiteout Survival Emergency Maintenance
Dear Lords,
We sincerely apologize for the disruption. During the Frost Dragon Overlord event, an excessive number of simultaneous logins caused high server load, and some Lords are temporarily unable to enter Whiteout Survival normally.
The technical team is urgently working to resolve the issue. Please watch for further official announcements regarding the server recovery time.
Once this maintenance is complete, all Lords will receive a server-wide downtime compensation package. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Whiteout Survival Payment Limits Updated
Recent top-up limits for Whiteout Survival have been adjusted:
- WeChat: below 1,500
- Alipay: below 3,000
- Other payment methods: unchanged
Whiteout Survival Frost Dragon Lag Issues
⚠️ Too many players are participating during the holiday period, causing lag in Frost Dragon. Capacity is being increased urgently.
Whiteout Survival Payment Notice
⚠️ WeChat and Alipay large-payment channels are under review. If you cannot access the top-up page, please first make a top-up of less than 1,000.
Whiteout Survival Feature Update
Happy National Day, Lords!
Some Lords were previously unable to upload personal avatars due to traffic limitations. This issue has now been fixed—please try again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
The Frost Star Weekly Card, Mythic T6 Equipment, Level 18 Gems, and other features are currently in development and are planned to be available in the next update. Additional advanced progression content will gradually unlock as the Warzone develops, giving Lords at different levels of investment a better progression experience.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We hope you enjoy Whiteout Survival!
